North Bethlehem Township is a township in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,746 at the 2000 census. The residents of the township are part of the Bentworth School District with schools located in nearby Bentleyville and Ellsworth boroughs. ==History== The Frank L. Ross Farm, Philip Friend House, Hill's Tavern, now called The Century Inn, Leatherman Covered Bridge, Ringland Tavern, and Scenery Hill Historic District are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
